Welcome to rasotec LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“ToS”). Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services

rasotec LLC provides professional cybersecurity services, including but not limited to:

  • Penetration testing
  • Vulnerability assessments
  • Security consulting and advisory services

Limitations:

  • Services are provided for business clients only.
  • We do not guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities.
  • Services may involve testing of your IT systems that could impact availability or performance.

3. Client Obligations

  • Provide necessary access, credentials, and system information.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws for systems under test.
  • Acknowledge that testing may temporarily affect system performance.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are agreed in advance, either as a fixed project fee or hourly rate.
  • Payment is due as stated in the invoice.
  • Late payments incur interest at 1% per month.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Confidentiality

  • rasotec LLC will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
  • Results, reports, and findings are confidential and may only be shared with authorized personnel.
  • Exceptions apply if disclosure is required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All reports and deliverables remain the property of rasotec LLC until full payment is received.
  • Clients are granted internal-use rights only.
  • Redistribution or public disclosure without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • rasotec LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable agreement.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, third-party failures) relieve rasotec LLC from obligations.

8. Term and Termination

  • Agreements remain valid for the period specified in the contract.
  • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Upon termination, clients must return or delete all rasotec LLC materials and data.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This ToS is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • Exclusive jurisdiction and venue: courts located in Austin, Texas.

10. Miscellaneous

  • This ToS represents the entire agreement between the parties.
  • Any modifications require written consent from both parties.
  • If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect.

11. Acceptance

By engaging rasotec LLC services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
